The YGW (without chain grate) and YLW (with chain grate) are modern, energy-efficient thermal fluid heaters. Using biomass, coal, oil, or gas as fuel, thermal oil circulates via a forced liquid loop, transferring heat to process equipment before returning for reheating. Operating at up to 340°C under low pressure (≤1.0 MPa), the thermal oil remains in liquid state, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Both series feature precise temperature control, comprehensive safety monitoring, and emission indicators below national standards, with operating costs 5–10% lower than coal-fired boilers. The sole difference is the chain grate on the YLW series. Both deliver high thermal efficiency, convenient maintenance, and policy-compliant performance.
