The WDR series from Yongxing Boiler Group is a horizontal electric heating boiler available in steam, atmospheric hot water, and pressure hot water configurations. With zero emissions (no waste gas, residue, or waste), it improves operator working conditions while meeting strict environmental standards. Key benefits include low noise, stable operation, simple controls, and high thermal efficiency.
A separated control cabinet prevents heat-related component aging, extending service life. The boiler body uses certified steel plate with X-ray inspected automatic welds for quality and appearance. An automatic circulating pump control system starts and stops based on water temperature for reliable daily operation.

- The boiler body adopts high-quality thermal insulation materials, resulting in low heat dissipation loss and reduced energy consumption.
- The boiler adopts a progressive loading or load reduction design, which effectively protects the heating elements, minimizes impact on the power grid, and extends service life.
- The furnace and electric control device are perfectly integrated, achieving electromechanical integration and reducing space occupation.
- The electric heating tubes and furnace body are connected by flanges, facilitating easy disassembly, installation, and maintenance.
- The heating device utilizes ceramic electric heating tubes, which have a surface load several times lower than that of metal heating tubes, thereby extending service life and improving thermal efficiency by up to 99%.
- Multiple operating time periods can be set per day according to requirements.
- The boiler features an automatic fault memory function, making it convenient for inspection and maintenance.
- The controller is equipped with a digital LCD screen, featuring a fully Chinese display and a graphical operation interface. Users can directly view equipment operating parameters through the screen.
