This horizontal wet-back, three-pass shell boiler integrates a body, economizer, burner, deaerator, pumps, and instrumentation. Its key feature is ultra-low nitrogen emissions (≤30 mg/m³), along with compact structure, simple operation, and high reliability. Complete automatic controls include level alarms, interlocking protection, auto-ignition, and flameout protection.
The boiler burns light oil or natural gas. Fuel is ejected from the burner, ignited electronically, and combusted in the corrugated furnace. High-temperature flue gas then passes through the second and third return smoke pipes, enters the top-mounted economizer for heat exchange, and is finally discharged to the atmosphere via the chimney.
FEATURE
- High-quality insulation: Aluminum silicate fiberboard provides good thermal insulation, light weight, and convenient transport and installation.
- Integrated door structure: Front and rear smoke boxes feature a beautiful, well-sealed design that opens easily for maintenance.
- Economizer with finned tubes: 40 spiral finned tubes (φ32×3) increase heating surface and reduce exhaust gas temperature.
- High-automation burner: Original imported burner with pre-purge, ignition, automatic fire modulation, shutdown, and flameout protection.
- Complete safety controls: Automatic control device with level alarms, low water level interlock, auto-ignition, and flameout protection.
- Maintenance access: Manhole on upper part and inspection device on lower part for easy servicing.
- Full instrumentation: Water level gauge, level alarm, pressure gauge, pressure controller, and gas/water flow meters for complete monitoring and safety.
- Ultra-low NOx emission: FGR flue gas recycling technology reduces nitrogen oxides to ≤30 mg/m³, far below national standard.
