Under national environmental protection and energy conservation policies, UIMC leverages its extensive manufacturing experience to produce the WNS integrated condensing boiler. Equipped with an integrated condenser, the boiler reduces exhaust gas temperature to 60–80°C and recovers latent heat from flue gas, achieving thermal efficiency exceeding 100.2%. This process significantly reduces harmful emissions. Characterized by high energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, the boiler is widely used in food, apparel, textile, petrochemical, and machinery manufacturing industries.
The boiler comprises the body, burner, instruments, connecting flue, condenser, water tank, feedwater pump, steam header, deaerator, circulating pump, water softener, and auxiliary components. Featuring clean combustion, zero-emission operation, convenient handling, sufficient output, complete combustion, and high thermal efficiency, it represents one of the most energy-efficient, high-performance, and environmentally sustainable heating solutions available in recent years.

- Explosion-proof door: Automatically resets after pressure relief to ensure operational safety.
- Condensing waste heat recovery unit: Continuously recovers heat from exhaust smoke and steam, improving energy utilization.
- Optimized heating surface design: Effectively controls and minimizes flue gas resistance.
- LCD screen: Displays operating conditions for convenient system monitoring.
- Two-stage condenser: Installed on top with ND steel spiral finned tubes, increasing heating surface and lowering exhaust gas temperature.
