This double-drum vertical boiler features a chain grate and burns clean biomass fuel, producing no waste gas or smoke. It offers low cost, easy fuel availability, and waste recycling capability. The boiler comprises an upper body and lower combustion section. Flue gas passes through the furnace, combustion chamber, convection tube bundle, and tail flue, then is discharged via dust remover, induced draft fan, and chimney.
The combustion chamber employs a membrane wall structure on both sides, improving sealing while increasing volume and heating surface area. Front and rear walls are equipped with valved secondary air, ensuring complete combustion and improving efficiency while reducing fuel costs and waste. Additional advantages include high automation, safe and stable operation, and comprehensive protection functions, making it an ideal choice for enterprises.
