Developed by UIMC in response to environmental policies, the DZH series is a single-drum horizontal moving grate boiler, while the DZL series is a single-drum horizontal chain grate boiler. Both use biomass pellets from crop waste such as straw, sawdust, and peanut shells. Sulfide emissions are significantly lower than coal-fired boilers, meeting national standards. Crop waste is widely available, reducing costs while achieving both social and economic benefits.
Both are horizontal three-return water-fire tube boilers. The DZH series achieves 83% thermal efficiency, with remaining ash used as fertilizer. The DZL series offers fast boosting, large heating area, and a large furnace volume for complete combustion. Both employ intensified combustion technology and dust removal devices to reduce pollutant emissions, fully complying with national environmental regulations.
FEATURE
- Enhanced Heat Transfer: Threaded smoke pipes improve thermal efficiency, reduce energy consumption, provide self-cleaning (ash resistance), and enable fast temperature rise and pressure rise.
- Advanced Furnace Design: An arched tube sheet with a single-return threaded pipe creates a quasi-elastic drum structure, reducing stress and eliminating tube sheet cracks.
- Elimination of Dead Water Area: Rising pipe rows at the drum bottom prevent sludge deposition, cool high-temperature zones, and stop drum bulging.
- Low Emissions: Tail flue dust collectors, splayed walls, and outlet smoke windows control original dust concentration to meet national environmental standards.
- Membrane Water Wall: Improves heat transfer coefficient and reduces heat loss.
- High Automation & Safety: Includes automatic water regulation, low water level interlock protection, high/low water level alarms, and complete monitoring instruments.
- Stable & Efficient Combustion: Advanced arch design forms an inverted “α” flame for burning inferior coal; the chain grate features a unique safety ring for stable, reliable operation.
- Compact & Durable Construction: Smaller size saves boiler house investment; submerged arc automatic welding ensures weld quality; two-wing flue design prevents thermal stress cracks in the tube plate.
