The Challenge:
A wood processing factory in Ho Chi Minh City was expanding their plywood production line. They needed a reliable heating system that could provide high-temperature heat (up to 320°C) at low pressure for their hot presses and drying equipment. Traditional steam boilers could not achieve the temperatures they needed efficiently. They required a thermal oil boiler that was energy-efficient, easy to operate, and compliant with Vietnamese import and environmental regulations.

1400kW heating capacity – sufficient for plywood hot pressing and drying

High outlet temperature (up to 320°C) at low pressure – safer and more efficient than steam for high-temperature applications
Thermal efficiency ≥92% – reducing fuel consumption and operating costs
PLC automatic control system – touchscreen interface with temperature monitoring and alarms
Compact horizontal design – easy to install in their existing facility
Technical assessment – confirmed required temperature, heat output, and operating hours
System design recommendation – proposed thermal oil boiler over steam boiler for their specific application
Factory selection – chose a certified manufacturer with ASEAN export experience
Quality inspection – performed pre-shipment testing including pressure test and thermal oil circulation test
Logistics coordination – arranged sea freight from China to Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City
Installation and commissioning support – provided remote video guidance and sent technical documents in Vietnamese
Operator training – trained their local team on safe operation and daily maintenance
